Terms and Conditions

1.1 Parents/guardians/carers must complete and sign the enrolment form and provide all required documentation, including emergency contact details or NDIS plans. 

1.2 Acceptance of enrolment is subject to availability. 

2. Fees and Payments 

2.1 Fees must be paid in advance within the timeframe outlined by management. 

2.2 Payments can be made via paypal. 

2.3 Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension or termination of enrolment. 

2.4 Fees are subject to change with a minimum of 14 days’ notice. 

3. Attendance and Absences 

3.1 Parents/guardians must inform the centre of absences due to illness, holidays, or other reasons. 

3.2 Fees are payable for all booked days, including absences. 

3.3 The centre reserves the right to terminate enrolment if a child is absent for more than 4 weeks without notice. 

4. Health and Safety 

4.1 Children must not attend the centre if they are unwell or show symptoms 

4.2 Medication will only be administered with written authorisation from parents/guardians.

4.3 Parents/guardians must provide updated medical action plans for children with allergies or chronic conditions.

5. NDIS

5.1 Parents/guardians must provide all necessary information related to NDIS.

5.2 Any changes to NDIS eligibility or payments are the responsibility of the parent/guardian.

6. Termination of Enrolment

6.1 Parents/guardians must provide 14 days written notice to terminate enrolment.

6.2 The centre reserves the right to terminate enrolment for non-payment of fees, behavioural concerns, or breaches of these terms and conditions.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 The centre is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought to the centre.

7.2 The centre maintains appropriate public liability insurance.

8. Privacy

8.1 Personal information is collected and used in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.

8.2 Parents/guardians consent to the use of photographs and videos of their child for educational purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing.

9. Policies and Procedures

9.1 Parents/guardians agree to comply with all centre policies and procedures, including those on health, safety, and behaviour management.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

10.1 The centre reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with 30 days notice.
